What this site is trying to change
Advocate for replacing the current head coach with a qualified coach who builds accountability, player development, discipline, and long term program stability.
Ask the school and district to audit past booster and program spending, invoices, and billing, then publish what the records establish and what remains unresolved.
Support coaches who are serving students well and make sure players receive stable resources, recognition, meals, film, medical support, and a meaningful end of season experience.

Booster shutdown or suspension
Scroll inside this card to read the full impact and action.
Student impactThe booster suspension disrupted fundraising, communication, and program support during the season.
What the record showsCentral governance issue because the school and district were involved in the suspension, while the reported wind down still affects fundraising, current season resources, financial accountability, and who is authorized to make payments or speak for the organization.
What is still missingFormal school or district directive suspending the booster; investigation or audit scope; accounting review records; written instructions to current officers; who supervises payments and account closure; authority for Rebecca Hamilton to continue acting for the booster; and any direct administrative communication to families about oversight and accountability.
Disposition of remaining booster funds and obligations
Scroll inside this card to read the full impact and action.
Examples from the recordReported example: Families report that bills from earlier years were paid during the current booster transition, and that JV and Freshman players will not have a banquet. The payment ledger, invoices, approvals, and banquet communications are still needed before the connection is presented as established.
Student impactUnclear closing balances and obligations can affect current season activities and resources.
What the record showsShows a direct potential current season student impact from the financial transition. If the reported spending is confirmed, the key oversight question is why current season fundraising was applied to older obligations, who authorized that decision, and what protections or plans existed for current players and end of season activities.
What is still missingClosing bank balance; full liabilities schedule; taxes; vendor balances; Snap Raise deposit amount; each payment made after the suspension with payee, invoice date, purpose, and authorization; transfer amount and date to the USB trust account; current season banquet budget; and records showing which current season obligations were assumed or declined by the school.
Athletic trainer support
Scroll inside this card to read the full impact and action.
Examples from the recordReported example: At two scheduled home JV games during the 2026 season, a firsthand account states that no athletic trainer was visible on the field. Official coverage schedules, assignment records, and any alternate qualified coverage plan are still needed.
Student impactMedical coverage affects player safety during football contests.
What the record showsRaises a direct student safety and administrative oversight question because trainer support had already been an identified issue in 2025 and the user reports repeated lack of coverage during 2026 JV games.
What is still missingOfficial athletic trainer coverage schedule for 2026 football, assignment records for the two JV games, any substitute or emergency coverage plan, injury response logs, and confirmation whether district or school policy required trainer presence at those games.
MaxPreps roster and program information outdated
Scroll inside this card to read the full impact and action.
Student impactIncorrect or stale roster information affects player recognition and public accuracy.
What the record showsSupports a continuing program administration problem affecting public player records and game day recognition. The public pages show current information gaps; the wrong name announcements are currently user firsthand reports unless corroborated by video or audio.
What is still missingDated screenshots of the exact incorrect roster entries or missing players, names announced incorrectly during specific games, and identification of who supplies the announcer roster.
Player statistics not maintained
Scroll inside this card to read the full impact and action.
Student impactMissing or stale statistics reduce accurate player recognition and recruiting visibility.
What the record showsSupports the concern that player statistics are not being maintained promptly and consistently, which affects accurate public records and player recognition.
What is still missingGame by game stat sheets, internal team statistics, and who is assigned to update MaxPreps or other public records.
Parent communication during booster shutdown
Scroll inside this card to read the full impact and action.
Student impactFamilies need clear official communication during a financial and governance transition.
What the record showsSupports concern about unclear communication ownership and administrative reliance on a booster channel during a governance and compliance transition. The concern is the absence of a clearly established direct administrative communication structure while booster communications continued.
What is still missingAny ParentSquare, schoolwide, meeting, phone, or other direct administrative communication not present in the user's Gmail; independent verification of who personally authored specific booster account messages after the suspension.
